I'm using Vista Home Basic on Presario V3631 & connected to Lexmark X5470 AIO. My problems started with the printer cannot print, but other functions like scanning, copying & faxing successfully done. I tried to print on the printer itself and ok, it successfully did the job. I call lexmark service centre and they asked me to uninstall the printer and reinstall the latest driver (vista compatible) but the problem still remained.

At one point, lexmark guy asked me to uninstall and delete all remaining related files. There is one file which cannot be deleted in c:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\lxctpswx.exe. "Destination folder access denied"...When tried to open the file "windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriated permissions to access the items". I'm the administrator and try to take ownership but failed...In properties/security/advanced/owner/current owner: unable to display current owner. i try to change ownership but Windows Security dialog box show "unable to set new owner on lxctpswx.exe. Access is denied. Retry or cancel."

So, anybody out there please helpppppppp me!!!
