Recommend switching over to a different browser to see if that helps.

Vista computer has slow Internet Explorer speed!

I have a Dell Inspiron E531 computer. The computer is good, but for some reason the Internet browsing is slow. I have a cable connection with comcast. I previosly owned a dell laptop that had Windows XP. With this computer my Internet speed was so much faster. When I try and browse something with my desktop (Vista) I have to wait so long before that damn round circle stops spinning. Is there a good article you recommend or tips for speeding up IE speed. I increased my connections # through the registry, do regular maintenance (disk clean-up, defreg), disabled RDC. Thanks.
