| | I updated to vista home premium less than 2 weeks ago and realized none of my AVI, WMV, or any video formats for that matter were working in windows media player 11. I had numerous other problems with vista since upgrading so I did a fresh install. Everything has been working fine, all video formats were playing flawlessly with the codecs I have for windows media player, but suddenly they stopped again. I need help troubleshooting this problem. I was using ffdshow and haali media splitter codecs, they were working fine then suddenly stopped displaying video. I've tried re-installing codecs and using the codec tweak tool to cleanup broken registry files. Still no luck. Wondering if some media player registry files have become corrupt...help? |
