| | Good morning. When my hubby and I attempt to use pics from our photo folder as a screensaver, we get a black screen and the words "An error is preventing the slidshow to work", or something along those lines. The pics we are using are a .jpg. And we have even created just a screensaver folder for the pics. Help!! |

| | We know how to set up the screensaver, it's just not showing the pics. We are using the folder option, not the tags. |

| There have been reports that the screensaver doesn't work if:
1) there are more than 50 pictures in the folder
2) the folder contains ANYTHING other than pictures
The last one includes other directories, thumbnails, picture indexes, etc.
See if either of these is the case.
