| I've had Vista Ultimate 32bit for about 3 days now, and for the past day or so, if i right click an EXE (to delete, make a shortcut w/e reason) explorer crashes. Something like this shows up: Not matter what exe i click

I think the op is doing that by posting their problem in the first place.
As to something that is useful -- some instances of this problem have been tied to nVidia SW components. Check to see if you have either of the following installed:
1) nVidia MediaShield
2) nVidia - ForceWare Network Access Manager
If so, remove them and see if that fixes the problem.
