| When ever I change password for my vista user (general/administrator), I couldn't login again with the new password once I restart the system. Initially I thought I might have done something wrong but when I faced same issue again and again then I realized there is something wrong with my vista business version.
Any suggestion how to fix this?

| Do you have UAC turned off? If so, Vista may be generating prompts/and or messages that you're not seeing -- to report that the attempted change has failed or is denied.
