| Guys have been working on improving the non-aero theme. From the looks of it it is a big improvment over stock.

This is an old post during the development of windows vista. This post was pointing out that the non aero theme was being improved.
why did they change it? I liked the one in developement, heck even the older one, better than the one that comes in vista.
