| Alright, heres my deal, for some reason when i upgrade OR download a new software it cant connect to the internet. Firefox did this when i upgraded it and i had to downgrade back to .6 for it to work. i upgraded iTunes, now it doesn't work. Google earth couldnt connect when i downloaded it. i thought it had something to do with my firewall, but you see, i don't have one. the only one i have is windows firewall. and i put iTunes and the other software in the exceptions and it still didn't work.
so i just straight up cut the firewall off and still the same issue. i have no idea on what to do. i contacted the iTunes customer service to see if they could help and they didn't know why. i ran the diagnostics and it said that my network was connected and nothing was wrong but the software just couldnt connect!
i REALLY need help with this! i will legit be in love with you if you help me resolve this!
just for kicks here are the iTunes network diagnostics:

| Can't help you with iTunes -- don't use it.
As to networking problems, there's no simple solution because it can be lots of things. We have a couple of pinned posts about troubleshooting connectivity problems. Suggest you try them.
