1.) Do you believe in using punctuation marks ? Better still, do you believe
in SHORT sentences ?
2.) I understood your DECLARATION up to : " ok so i got on control panel
then programs and features then i click on
turn windows features on or off i click continue on the promt then the box
coems up ..... "
Now what do you mean " .... and it black it has no folders in it for me to
turn them on or off. "
Do you mean that the box came up and it turned black, and there were nothing
inside the box ?

You are posting from Pennsylvania... is English your primary language?
Have you ever been exposed to the concepts of "capitalization" and
"punctuation" in your limited schooling experience?

Type in English (this is an English newsgroup and your post is just barely
English) with proper capitalization and punctuation and people are more
likely to READ your post.

I didn't! It is gibberish!
