You can only have 4 partitions, but one of these can be an Extended
partition (instead of Primary). The Extended partition can contain as many
logical drives as you want, each assigned a drive letter and appearing as a
"partition" of the drive.

It does for me. When I create the 4th partition it automatically makes it
an extended partition.
