I am getting this error, I called comcast, and they said I have everything
right. I can receive mail but cannot send mail. Thanks

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'test', Account: 'Windows
Mail', Server: 'SMTP.COMCAST.NET', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Check all your settings compared to those here:

From point 10 onwards.
Especially the port numbers to use, point 14

Try the super secret Comcast port 587 setting...

follow the last steps... starting with 10.

Thanks Mac I was having the same problem tried calling comcast but they were
no help I don't even think the guy on the phone knows about this simple fix.
