Hi All
I have some experience with computers to get me by when installing, but
this issue is troubling me.
Just purchased a brand new ASUS laptop with Vista. I am installing a HP
LaserJet 5MP to this machine. I have purchased a parallel to USB cable
and when i first setup the printer on the new laptop, i was able to
print a test page.
After 3-4 days, the printer has stopped working. I am not getting an
error message, just an error in the print que. I am not able to print
anything (not even a test page from vista).
The printer port is USB Virtual Printer Port. The Printer driver is
only available via vista and can not be downloaded via the HP website.
Any help is more than welcome
