| I've been having problems with the computer crashing for some time, but today it has finally lost the plot! I have read in another topic about how there might be a problem with the latest upgrade & AV software so I want to see if that will fix it, but I can't even get the computer to turn on. When I turn it on it gets to the 'Launch Startup Repair (recommended) or Start Windows Normally'. If I choose normal it cycles back to this same page, & if I choose restore it goes to the blue screen. HELP

| Then try just choosing Startup Repair without choosing a restore. Sometimes, you have to run that several times before it fixes the startup problems.
