What do you mean by not get you busted?

Its put out by nvidia so it shouldnt get you "busted". Whether or not it will work under VISTA is another thing. Try it and see, i would but i have ATI so it wont work for me. Good luck and remember to post back letting us know your results.

This is an old program that is designed to work with nVidia motherboard chipsets. In general, it will not do anything you cannot already do within the BIOS.

Snoop sites ? why do you think anyone would be interested in if you had overclocked your hardware or not, you might invalidate the warrenty but 'they' can prove that from the state of the hardware if you have to send it back.

I don't think you need worry about a kosha app. issued by Nvidia for use with their products.
